Barnes Jewelers is THE place to go for all of your jewelry needs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help you find that special piece for your loved one. I have never had a bad experience. They are always welcoming and have shown extreme patience with me when I really had no idea what I wanted. I will do all my jewelry shopping at Barnes!

Every time I go into Barnes Jewelers I'm always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome! Someone is always there to promptly answer and questions that I may have. I always have a fantastic feeling every time I go and even if I'm just looking and not buying. I would recommend anyone coming here! Barnes Jewelers make you family!

Scott is AWESOME! Every time I go in the staff are always wonderful and helpful! From jewelry repair to jewelry purchases they have everything you need. For us today it was finding the perfect wedding set!!! Last December it was finding the perfect Christmas gift...and before that it was repairing a necklace that is a family heirloom!!! We will always choose Barnes Jewelers! Go see Scott! Support local business!

Scott has great customer service and goes above and beyond any jeweler out there. We had a ring that needed to be clean for our wedding and was able to get it done on short notice. He even gave us our ring after hours and was able to deliver before our wedding. Scott and Barnes Jewelers will always be my preferred jeweler.

Thank you Scott for going above and beyond today in helping me to replace a diamond earring that I had lost! We have done business at Barnes Jewelers for many years and have always received excellent service. I have also purchased some unique pieces there, wonderful selection. Everyone at Barnes is so friendly and professional! I have shopped there many times. Most recently, I trusted them to repair and clean a bracelet that is very precious to me. They did a wonderful job. Looking forward to shopping at Barnes again soon!

I follow Barnes on Facebook, and I'm so glad I do. I saw some of their amazing jewelry and got great ideas for mother's day. They were quick to respond to my messages and questions, and when I called the store directly, the great service continued! Melissa listened to my needs, got back to me quickly with just the right items, and I could hear her smile all the way through the phone! I'm a down home girl and, now that I live in Raleigh, I enjoy getting down home service. And it's great to shop locally owned, small businesses! Thank you thank you thank you!

A couple years ago they did a great job on my custom engagement ring. This week I dropped it off to get it cleaned and couldn’t make it back to pick up before closing. We had travel plans that night to get to our wedding, and Scott was incredibly gracious to verify our identity and come back to work to help us make our flight on time. He didn’t make us feel like we were inconveniencing him, although we certainly were. We feel incredibly blessed by Scott, who helped us make the perfect ring and saved our day with such a positive attitude!

The staff at Barnes Jewelers is always so friendly, polite, professional, and helpful! The jewelry is beautiful, and the service is phenomenal. Scott and Stephen both go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want for whatever occasion! Highly recommend!
